Creating my Logo

Firstly i opened the program Adobe Fireworks CS5 and then made a new project
started with a dark black background to keep it simple to an logo, this is my first basic start.

Secondly i started writing the text of my logo, Specialist Pictures.
Adding the off word to connect the full outline of the logo.
Combining them together to create Specialist Pictures Presents.
Now onto creating the logo, I drew out a circle originally then moved the 4 pins to create different dexterity, changing it into a multiple star circle of difference.
Then completing the image with the words into a final product.
This is my final and completed logo.

Seven: Within the opening sequences of 'SE7EN' the type of editing that are used are; fast cuts and stutter effect, this is very effective because its showing that its an thriller movie, as well showing images of horrific and insane things such as a man using a razor cutting the dead skin of his fingers as well as showing an picture of a man with a small long metal pole through and through the head. This is evident because it's showing towards a audience its building up as a perfect thriller what creates a sense of imagination within their minds.
The lighting used was mainly low and dark but keeping a light factor, this is effective because its keeping the conventions of an thriller in mind, showing that it's still a thriller.
The editing was, a fast cut of text to a short clip of the movie and then back, this is very effective because its keeping the audience interested within the opening.

Fight Club: Within the opening sequence of ' FIGHT CLUB' the type of editing used was mainly after effects, this is because its showing the traveling of the nerves from the brain, This is effective because its creating a mystery for the audiences because of this unusual opening sequences, while the nerve receptors a shining with the textual credits, this creativity will engage the audiences to watch the film. the lightening used was dark and ominous. The pace of the opening credits are fast because its keeping the timing with the soundtrack parallel with the music and the fading into darkness, what makes the opening sequence better is that it leads on to a person with a gun in his mouth. This is effective because it was unexpected and strange, this would make the audience think and wonder 'why'? it's happening.

The girl with the dragon tattoo: The opening of the 'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo'
The opening sequence was very dark and fast paced, this is effective because its predicting the typical conventions of a thriller opening sequence, dark lights, fast creepy movements, devilish actions and fast paced music. This is effective because its showing that the film is a thriller type film, giving the audience a sense of thought to what the genre is. There was a lot of interchanging shots of people getting beaten up by others and objects, showing that its quite violent. As well they were covered in black ink, this is showing that its following the movie by showing that the black ink is the ink for a tattoo.
